Urvashi Rautela is an Indian actress, and model who appears in Bollywood films. She made her Bollywood debut in Anil Sharma's action-romance film Singh Saab the Great. She won Miss Universe India 2012 and was crowned by former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen. Rautela was subsequently dethroned as her age made her ineligible for the title.[1] She won Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2011 held in China. She also won Miss Asian Super Model 2011 in South Korea. She also won Indian Princess 2011, Miss Teen India 2009.

CAREER

Rautela made her modeling debut at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week and Lakme Fashion Week in 2011 and appeared in TV and print ads for Lakmé Cosmetics, Ozel Lifestyle, Bhima Gold, LG, Grasim, Grohe and Levi's before shifting to pageants. In 2009, she was crowned Miss Teen India by the outgoing titleholder, Miss Teen India 2008. The pageant was mentored by Miss World 1997 Diana Hayden. In 2011, she won the title of "Miss Asian Supermodel 2011" in South Korea. She then competed in Miss Tourism Queen of the year International and won the title. She became the youngest winner in the history of the pageant.[2][3] Rautela pursued a career as a model until she became an actress. At age 18, she starred opposite Sunny Deol in the film Singh Saab The Great.[4] She has appeared in Yo Yo Honey Singh's international video album "Lovedose" which released in October 2014. Rautela will star as the protagonist of Airavata, an action love story opposite Darshan Thoogudeep.
